Exactly. You'd have to have your phone moving and be used the same as you typically do. I am sure there are some insane people that watch all the true crime shows and are motivated to figure ways to beat the system.

Maybe not obsolete, but more rare...

Hmmm……self driving vehicle? Put the phone in the self driving vehicle, set a course for anywhere and everywhere except for where you are?
