re: Hollywood screen writer gets busted on camera trying to meet up with a minor

Man there is so much wrong in the video groups actions that they are likely going to find themselves being prosecuted and or in a civil suit ... And legitimately.

1. They misrepresented the target girl age on the website. It does not dismiss the perv creep factor of the old man but the setup makes him the victim here.
2. The group did not have any authority to detain the perv old man. The groups actions is an actual assault on the guy if he filed a civil suit against them.
3. With the intentional misrepresentation of the girls age on the dating site, the perv has a basis for a civil suit after the group took the actions they did when confronting him. Slander?
4. They used a minor as bait for a sex sting! WOW. That confuses who the real predator is here.
5. The actions of shooting off the powder colors is absolutely an assault charge.

Overall, that group is a bunch of idiots that do more harm than good for the cause. They will make the pervs the victims. Their are right ways to do this and they do not appear to have met that standard.
