Get the cheapest one that matches the heating/cooling you need.
Don't go for variable speed blowers and all the other higher end stuff. As told by a previous poster, replacing variable speed fans is very expensive.
There are only 3 or 4 compressor manufacturers in the US and only one or two control board manufacturers so it's really down to the quality of service you get from the installer.
