No. It’s not an “idea” it’s a fact that Les could not build a consecutively good offense. He had spots here and there that were good but the majority of his time at LSU our offense was horrible. Les thought the only responsibility of the QB was to hand the ball off left or right on a toss dive. He had no clue what to do with QBs.

I think you misinterpreted my post.

the "idea" i was talking about was "Les Miles had great teams with bad offenses." He didn't. The teams mentioned above had elite defenses and bad offenses, making them bad (by LSU standards) teams.

I'll defend Les pre 2008. After that, he was never the same.
