If you enjoy spending time together, take him on a badass trip.

But it sounds like you probably don't, since you don't know him well enough to have a decent idea already.

This right here, told each of my kids that I will take them anywhere in the world after they graduate high school.

Japan
South Korea

I am taking him on a camping trip the weekend after his birthday. We are excited about that.
