Search Youtube for pelvic floor stretches and exercises. Stress/anxiety is a major influence on prostatitis as well. Some people hold stress in various areas such as your pelvic region, neck/shoulders, throat, jaws...etc. Try to notice if you are holding stress in your pelvic region. Do daily stretches for your pelvic floor and incorporate a yoga ball in your stretches. The main stretch being where you have your back on the yoga ball and roll backwards where you can stretch the front part of your very lower abdominal area.

Antibiotics won't do shite for it because most of the time, there isn't anything for antibiotics to cure. So managing your pelvic floor tension is key. There are some supplements out there that can help such as Now Prostate Health and pumpkin seed oil. It will get better baw. Just keep a really strict stretching schedule and even when it feels better, keep stretching daily.

I solved my prostate problems by eating a low vitamin A diet, which is basically no dairy, very low on pigmented vegetables, no sweet potatoes, definitely no spinach or kale.

My eczema has cleared mostly. It occurs much more mildly.

I’m certain that this is an untapped area of opportunity for most men. 2yrs ago I had some testicular pain and found what I perceived to be a lump - got really worried and could feel it into my abdomen. Went to a urologist and he concluded I was fine and had a bit of epididymtis. He concluded it wasn’t bacterial but gave me antibiotics and pain meds (none of which I took).

Went home and did a bunch of research and realized the link between PF issues and general pain, subscribed to a remote PT who shared a ton of mobility routines and solved the issue in 6wks.

I’m convinced that pelvic floor issues are the “silent” culprit in ED, chronic epididymtis, prostratitis, UT issues.
