I fully support this Iranian proposal on ONE condition:
The students renounce their US citizenship so they can't just be trained as suicide bombers for four years and return here, and they're immediately put on a terrorist watch list for expatriating to a foreign terror-sponsor state.
Win-win in the long run.
Our population is relieved from the burden of paying lifelong tax dollars towards supporting all these gender studies and liberal arts majors who will certainly never steadily maintain gainful employment, and the Houthis, Hezbollah, Isis and Hamas get to have a little fun chucking blue haired nonbinaries off of rooftops.
