He is awesome. My son turned me on to him a few months back. Absolutely love his stuff. 10 Dollar Cowboy is amazing.

Aug 30th | Fillmore New Orleans
Aug 31st | Shreveport Municipal Auditorium
Sep 3rd | 713 Music Hall - Houston
I've seen him twice, and have tickets for two more shows this summer. It's like stepping back in time to the 50's or 60's to see Hank Snow at the Louisiana Hayride. But mid-set he breaks out some gritty soulful blues. Then something resembling southern rock, then a Marty Robbins type ballad, then a honky tonk crowd pleaser, then... I am suggesting you go see him, it will restore your faith in country music. At least when he is playing it.
