I think this is right. In fact I was told specifically by a person close senior management that Trajan had to go out to Oregon in person because Zion’s camp had basically cut off contact with the team.

Blame to go around but I think Griffin took the wrong approach with Z, trying to treat him like a wayward teen in need of an older brother. Z wasn’t interested in that and in fact it put him off.
