We're just not good in sticking to an offensive game plan. Do it on defense, like last night. But not on offense. Too many freelancers (BI & CJ) who don't like to stick to a set plan, like dumping the ball down to JV 20 times a game.

For sure, not a strong point of the Pels. Players have to have a feel for what's working and what's not and Pels just don't have that player running the show who does (Heck, I don't even know if the coaches have their pulse on the game action some times).

If CJ is running point, it is as simple as just initiating the offense first instead of looking for opportunities to score. Too many shots up without any passing. CJ has been elite as a catch and shoot/drive off a pass. For BI, when the team needs him to play make, he absolutely has to match the opposition's physicality when he has the ball and the defense gets under him. I didn't have a big issue with BI's ISOs as they were usually late clock ISOs, but he settles far too often for the midrange instead of using force to pressure the rim.
