I'm not entirely disagreeing with you, sexuality is private and personally, I keep mine in the bedroom too.
But, I know plenty of gay people that aren't like Megan Rapinoe and they keep their business private and to themselves.I just have a problem with your wording of "deviant". Just because some people may not have your orthodox view of sexuality, doesn't make them deviant. When I think of that word, Pedophiles usually come to mind.

That is fine but as a group, they allowed their plight to be highjacked and additional wagons hitched to it... I do not see condemnation of pride parades from that silent gay community either...
