We use it, and it's perfectly fine. You have to abstain for basically a week every month, depending on your wife, so it requires a bit of self-control and communication. But honestly, that ends up helping our marriage overall.

Also, for everyone on here acting like it doesn't work, you may be confusing it with primitive rhythm methods. NFP is pretty solid. We've been married almost ten years and have yet to get pregnant when we followed the rules.
