No. A parent who brags about how brave her 2 kids are for being trans is trendy. Tattoos have had more skin in the game for much longer. It’s not frowned upon by anyone under age 40 anymore. It’s well past the trend stage.

I made really bad fashion decisions in my youth. Butt cut. Acid washed jeans. A mullet.
None of them were permanent. Like a full sleeve of tats. Or even worse the giant holes these people are putting in their ears like they live in the sub sahara.
