Everything will increase. The guy who was already making $20 now needs to make $25 to keep ahead.
Minimum wage workers will see no increase in purchasing power. There will always be jobs with minimal skill requirements which pay low.

Exactly. Your pay is dictated by 2 things.
1 - How replaceable are you?
- If your job is trainable in a few hours/days you will never make much money.
2 - How much money do you make someone else?
- Drew Brees made lots of money because he made the Saints and NFL lots of money. A great teacher may be "more important" but they can't pack a stadium at $150/head every weekend.
