Yeah I listen to podcasts and music but that’s not screen time. If it is, people in the early 20th century also had screen time.
I also play shows on my phone at night for the noise and have it face down. That usually counts as 5-6 hours.
I have an Authenticator I need to use for work and that eats up an hour and a half because sometimes I don’t lock my phone and it’s just up.
Screen time is a useless measure.

I’m constantly on my phone but that comes with working remote full time. Most of mine is audiobooks, LSU sports and podcasts

Haha. Yeah he’s like “look guys, I know I spend a lot of time on my phone, but most of it is ____, you gotta believe me. Stop accusing me.”
