He grew up in Westlake, OH, population 31,000, 91% white. The people up there have an interesting accent. Maybe he got it from his parents.

He definitely picked up his “accent” in college and the nfl more so than his hometown.
Like another guy said, he is trying so hard to be like gronk. It’s so obvious.
