Too many here haven't visited the beach towns in Jersey. And no, not Atlantic city or seaside heights. Great beaches, homes, and overall towns. Rest of Jersey between philly and NYC = trash though. Except Princeton.

I'll give you places in New Jersey as you get closer to NYC and Philly. Camden is a dump , but places like Bernardsville, Somerville and Morristown are very nice and well kept.
But other places along the Dover line are trashy like the Oranges and Jersey City.
