The word I get is that this is correct. Trev is heading to Lafayette Renaissance Academy.

I also hear a lot of the LCA football coaches will be heading there too. A few of the coaches are LCA coaches in other sports and teachers, those will probably not go.

Coach Reggie, one of the coaches on staff and probably my son's favorite back when he was there, and Trev go way back, and I think have worked together everywhere Trev ends up.

I will say that no one on the football side was happy about LCA moving back down to the 2A level. It was done to accommodate most of the other sports which struggled at the 4A level. I am not sure if this was a driver for Trev. Lafayette Renaissance High School is a public charter school with (as I understand it) enrollment not limited to Lafayette Parish.

When word gets out that Trev Faulk is coaching there, expect kids to want to go there. Enrollment policies may be the only hold-up for building a juggernaut of a program, as a Charter School they have very specific admittance guidelines. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of open seats at any grade level they have to have a lottery with a few exceptions detailed by state policies.
