You absolutely can. I’m assuming you’re talking about vinyl bulkhead. The machine and vibrator are the main things. Your pilings go in then the whalers are put up. Then the vinyl is vibrated then you come back and drill and install your deadmen with drag boards. 2.5 is a must and I recommend wrapping all pilings and they make a vinyl wrapped whaler now that I would absolutely use.

Thanks LetzGeaux, so no need for water access? should be able to do it all from the bank it sounds.

Only thing I could possibly add to this spot on post, jet and hammer for setting the poles/pilings.
