No. Raffensperger was charged initially with investigating election fraud. That was part of the SoS job responsibilities. The new 2021 GA Election Law took that responsibility away from Raffensperger. Now that responsibility is with the GOV and GA legislature. They have been looking into election fraud since 2022.
