70,000+ Americans already live there. Beautiful country and beautiful people. Stable government. World class healthcare. Good infrastructure. No military (they spend their money on things that benefit the people). And your wife will love it there.

Their military is our military - it’s not the same as a few years back, but, a few years back, CR was second only to Israel in US federal assistance. They were/are our example in Latin America.
