I can’t speak for the reliability of new 3.5s or the 10 speed transmission, but one of our vehicles is a 2013 with 240+ thousand miles. Outside of normal stuff the only issue we’ve had are three coils go out over the years. We don’t use it for towing often but it hasn’t disappointed when we do.
