Let's get real here. Come on now...this is fricking shite. As a person who has been proclaimed as a real MC such as this guy, we have to really question wtf is going on with this. Nothing wrong with experimenting and having 'personal growth' within music or anything. But damn, just fricking do what you do best.

He's explained that at his age, he didn't feel like he had anything relevant to rap about. Talent without content is lame no matter the medium.

He's one of the best MC's of all time, that's not even debatable. This is no reflection of what he used to be as a rapper. He's just not a rapper anymore. There's nothing really to question if you did any research/know why this album is the way it is. He has explained numerous times over the years of why he isn't rapping. he's not trying to be an old rapper trying to stay relevant and look stupid because he has no idea what is cool with the young generation like so many rappers have in the past. He plays the flute now and that's what he likes to do. He's really good at playing the flute so he made an album, it's pretty simple.
