Ponchatoula defense has been solid all year. Two scores on special teams is the difference in the game. Ponchatoula lost 3 games this year on special teams, as well as lack of production from the offensive side. Coaching has been questionable as well,IMO. Two third down and 3 or 4, and your corners are playing 10yds of the ball, knowing they've thrown multiple short passes prior plays. At least they made use of the tight end a bit tonight.

Ponchy had some big boys up the middle which hurt our interior running game.

Chalmette also had… an int at the goal line, unable to score at end of first half, and a muffed kick recovery at the plus 25 and scored no points.

Chalmette executes better earlier and this isn’t close.
