No, I was talking to one person who acts like he is the life or death cog in the medical profession. "If you don't like it take them home." Better idea, if he doesn't like it. He can quit.

not liking a-hole karen family members- which I have experienced a growing number to this subset of the hospital population in my specific area, and taking excellent care of my patients are concepts that are not mutually exclusive concepts.
