There are some things that you can never know with absolute certainty. One of those things is the motivation for why people vote for who they vote for. However it's not unreasonable to suspect that at least some people vote against a candidate. Some of the more obvious examples would be Hillary and Trump. And for a Louisiana example a very obvious one would be David Duke. People vote against people and everyone knows this. Can you accurately quantify this down to a single digit number? No. The best we have is exit polling data. The level of proof you would need to be convinced is impossible to reproduce. So you're asking stupid questions.
