I really hope that Congress spends time on sports rather than important things
Bad take.
First, Congress can do multiple things at once.
Second, it’s not necessarily true that Congress can fix these “important “ things or that if they spend more time on them that they will make better decisions.
Third, Title IX was created by Congress and they have the responsibility to cure any adverse effects of the law they passed.
