No. He thinks he was in timeout once for overzealous posting.

Criticized Tiger Fred.

Has not.
6. A pledge not to break any rule in the future
He is chastened. He swears upon his
season tickets never to do it again.
7. Lavish praise for the Admin team (limited to three sentences)
The admins have the wisdom of Solomon, the beauty of Adonis, and a sense
of fairness that makes lady justice shuck her blindfold.
