I cannot only solve this problem, but I can also solve 95% of all the perceived problems of the black community. The solution is simple. It’s so simple that I shouldn’t even need to say it, but here it is.......

If we can only get blacks to commit crimes in the same proportion as their population, all of their perceived problems would literally go the f*ck away overnight.

Blacks comprise 13% of the population. yet, blacks commit more than 50% of the violent crimes in this country. If we can figure out a way so that blacks only commit crime in proportion to the population (hell, we can give them 20%), not only would all their perceived problems magically disappear overnight, but all of society would be so much better off.
