Not sure he is forced to do it. I think it makes sense to do it whenever you have a last year QB. It is good to get some reps for the likely successor.
Yes, it may help keep Nuss but it makes sense to do it. It prepares you for next year or injury. Also there may be a need to change up the offense if a JD lead offense sputters.
And I don’t see a big downside to it. JD may not like it, but he isn’t going to do anything about it. There is no portal threat with him.

The OP never stated " facts" concerning the 2 QB system. He gave his opinion.
You guys act like teenagers just wanting to throw out something negative before your actually read the post . Wanting him to PROVE his opinion ? How many of you always have proof available when you post your opinion????
