Then shouldn’t all the media heads, politicians, etc who claim that cops, or white people in general, are racist or that there is widespread systemic racism that causes all the black community’s problems be held liable for any racial based attacks on white people by minorities? Should they be liable for the damages caused by riots when they stoke the flames before facts come out?
