You mean like the full context of the full video from which the “new world order” quote was pulled? Go watch it for yourself and judge.

Edit: Outside the context of the conspiracy theory, the string of three words “new”, “world”, and “order” are fairly innocuous. Winston Churchill himself spoke of a “new world order” after World War II. A person who speaks English as a second language isn’t going to automatically associate those words with a primarily Western conspiracy theory that she might not have be fully aware of, let alone the English term for it.
