True story. My roommate in college left Nine Dragon in the fridge for weeks and it never grew anything. We decided to experiment and see how long it took to grow something. Took it out the fridge and left it somewhere on the counter for months. It never grew any mold or anything. Didn't even start to stink. I never ate there again.
