I know Gus Malzahn and company have thrown out Darren McFadden, but what about Marcus Lattimore?

None of those, yet. Let's give him a further chance to make an impression.

A lankier Reggie Bush.

I'm not saying he's as good as or if he even will be as good, but his build and skill set reminds me of Marcus Lattimore.

For the record, I didn't mean to imply that he's anywhere near Reggie Bush's level... just that his running style reminds me of him.

I saw the Lattimore comparison on Twitter today and I agree completely

Have you seen any videos that have some of his runs? I'd like to see it again. He just seems more agile than Lattimore, to me.

No, but if I do come across some I'll be sure to post them.

I don't know, he's elusive, but at the same time his leg drive and his running stature remind me of Marcus Lattimore (seems to run a little hunched over around the shoulder area).

I like you comparison to Reggie Bush as well.

Running stature-wise, you're absolutely right. He has that forward lean with that interesting long stride. I think he'll bulk up and we'll really get to see a more Darren McFadden type of runner.... at least, I hope.

Hopefully by the time he leaves here he won't remind me of anyone but Kerryon Johnson

Similar size ( 6' 195lbs), frame, athleticism and both high 4 star guys coming out of high school.

Lattimore was like 220 pounds throughout his entire collegiate career. Not sure how a 195 pound back reminds you of that. He was also a big time bruiser, which isn't how I'd describe Kerryon Johnson's game at all, at least from what we've seen so far.

Latt was a big time pass catcher coming out high school... just like KJ... combine that with the straight up running style and jersey number... I can see why people come to that comparison.

are you high?

Lattimore was 5'11" 225 and jacked. Johnson is 6'1" 200 skinny, lanky, and very little muscle mass in his upper body so far.

Latt was a north south power runner. Johnson has shown more finesse and been kind of a "5 tool" all around player.

Johnson reminds me of a poor man's Reggie Bush. Out of that 2010 class he's much closer to Seastrunk than Lattimore.

He's always reminded me of Marcus Lattimore. They both are long striders and just run with a fluid motion that's very similar
