How many times must we suffer heart wrenching losses with Gus at the helm?
FSU - Large lead blown due to conservative play calling and sitting on the lead. National Championship loss. NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Georgia - 20 point lead in the fourth quarter blown. Needed a once in a lifetime Hail Mary prayer to win the game. Not to mention the past two years where we have been the better team and sat on the lead and got beat.
LSU - 20 point lead blown to one of the worst LSU teams in recent memory that just lost to Troy. The fricking fans were even telling me that they hoped we would be merciful and let them keep it respectable. LSU fans expected a loss and Gus gave them the win. 17 consecutive runs on first down. The shite was so obvious from the stands that he was playing not to lose. He is incapable of playing with the lead. He is a cancer and the team feeds off of him. 4th and 1 at the 50. Cowardice. That was the ball game. The punt return for a TD was predictable.. same as in the Georgia game two years past. Dropped passes because fear had sunk in. Poor coverage on jump ball passes. Throwing nothing but deep routes. every. fricking. time. Not one swing pass to the WR. Only one WR screen pass that went for 40+, never tried it again. This was one of the worst coached games I have ever seen. I would say the worst, but nothing will ever top the 2016 Clemson game.
Gus will be 4-11 vs LSU, Bama and UGA after the end of the season with a Hail Mary and Kick Six being two of the wins.
Side rant: Dinson sucks. I called that shite out weeks ago and got down voted into oblivion, but I was fricking right. Pettway does not belong on the field except to block as a FB. Kodi Burns needs a new job. Whoever the frick our DB coach is will be gone after this year. Stidham does not see the entire field, especially over the middle. NOT ONE frickING SLANT PASS...and it was open all night. 20 frickING POINT LEAD
Gus needs to be shown the door. If he cannot salvage the season with wins against UGA and Bama he needs to go. But we all know that aint happening. 8-5 coach

Thing is this team had a chance to be special. Lots of experienced seniors on this squad. We could well lose next 2 on the road.

I dont usually like to agree with you Chex but this stat will probably be all that is needed to send Gus on the bricks.
That record could have been close to .500 with the talent we have had since he was here. In the end, results are going to determine his ending

Gus is exactly what other team said when we hired him. A high school zone read coach. He had Sean White and ruined him. Yesterday had to kill Stidhams confidence when you start hot as fire the get the ball taken out of your hand for 3 quarters. All Gus knows is his HS run schemes. To bad we didn’t can him after 2015 season
