I believe I'm at 75 posts now. Do you stop being a newcomer when you hit a certain amount of posts or a certain amount of time on the board?

Also, to give y'all some insider info for opening this horrible thread....
I talked with a player. He told me that the laziness on the team is insane. He said,
quote:

I've asked multiple TE's and WR's if they want to get a little extra practice in and throw the ball and run some routes. I can't get 1 person to go out with me. They all respond just saying "nope".

He also said,
quote:

There's also a bit of racism on the team. It's pretty clear that a few players(some starters) are hostile towards other players of different color

Granted, this was all after the first practice so things may be changing. And it could be that players don't want to practice with him because he's a walk-on. Take it FWIW.

It varies based on the individual, etc., there is a vetting process, but alters can post for a very long time.

It depends on how you post. I was never called a alt or talked to like a newcomer when I first started posting FWIW.

I like to lurk a lot
You bastards are just so quick to post everything that there's no point.

Also, I edited the OP with some insider info for those who didn't see.

At the apparent pace of practice, i wouldnt want extra practice either...and if i did, id throw with either KF or JW, not some bitch walk on.

He's a lot like JW. He's pretty damn dedicated and will work his arse off.

He also asked them before practices started and got the same answer.

Exactly.

Racism, not surprising. Don't know a SEC team without it.

First why would anyone want to work on routes with a walkon QB.

Your comments about race are a joke. Your Bammer is showing and IMHO you are an alter.

Reese Dismukes says hi.

I don't know how you could possibly think that's inaccurate

Hopefully that will change once fatass dismukes gets out. The one and only thing I've been disappointed about since Gus took over, is that he didn't kick fatboy out on his arse after the last shenanigans.

nah. I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression. He told me this stuff in passing just outlining a few of the problems he noticed.

FWIW, and according to all the reporters at practice, laziness is the last thing being tolerated by the coaching staff. Probably just guys not wanting to waste time running routes with some walk-on they barely know.

I'm sure there is a click between scholly players and walk-ons. A bit of condescension.
