Will he give it a go based on how we're doing?

Nope. He might be back for uga.

I don’t know why but I’ve convinced myself we’ll be lucky to even see him again this season.

He will be ready next year.

He would go undrafted. If he was going to go, he missed his chance after last season. He needs to come back next year and build upon his resume.

He's a rb no need to prove anything and take more hits
Hope he stays

Per PM Bubba had his best week of practice this week in a while. Coaches are encouraged.
Also per if Tre Williams doesn’t play at LSU, don’t be surprised if senior linebacker Tre’ Williams is the next Auburn player to be put on the shelf until he is fully healthy.

Would love to have him healthy for LSU but UGA looks like a bigger need.

If plantar fasciitis can't be fixed, only treated, what will coming back for another year do for him? He'll still be working through plantar fasciitis and getting treated for it.

Wasn't there talk of him having preseason surgery? But instead we opted the slow heal path.
Oh and that was before we decided to run him into the ground against Mercer

His best friend right now is rest and staying off his feet. Unfortunately, that’s hard to do.

I heard he's taking Carl Lawson's hand-me-down vitamins. Should be healthy any second.
This is entirely on our strength and conditioning coach, which in turn, means it's clearly Malzahn's fault. We need to fire Gus and JJ today if Pettway isn't healthy and if the new pres doesn't do it, we should fire the board of trustees.
(am i doing it right?)
