It's long term signs of his inability to accomplish goals that should be fundamental for an offensive focused HC. It's year 4, and we don't have a single average QB on the roster, and since 2013, the offense has failed to show up in multiple games.

i'm all for firing gus but this is a bad year to do so. no one is available unless Les wants another shot in the SEC (which i know a lot of people would hate, but i would take in a heart beat over gus)

My thoughts are conflicted. Knowing Gus, it's not going to get any better next year but then again, it could be worse.
