0-6 against UGA and Bama over the last 3 years.

I already feel like next year will just be more of the same, and I hate feeling that way.

Only one TD against Clemson. Two against Texas A&M
Is four total TD's in five games good?

Woody better be a Hurts Jr or we will be the big boys prison wife again.

Pains me watching Francois at FSU right now. Making freshman serviceable look easy but no, we've gotta take time to coddle our freshman into Jeremy Frazier when White goes down.

Malzahn went after Francois though. He gets a pass for that. When he whiffed, he then should've signed somebody else besides Queen. And yes, don't care to go down this road any more, but Lamar was one of the other QB's available.

He should've. Something decent, somebody who can come in and do the basics.

I know we went after Francois and missed. I'm saying we should've been working on Woody all season knowing 1) Coaches didn't think JF3 was shite, 2) JJ is abominable and should not touch the field, 3) knew Sean White is very injury prone, and 4) look at the other freshman QBs across the country. I know he got here in August and we would've burned his redshirt late but maybe he's fricking good and we beat UGA, get him some great reps against Bama going into next season and keep him from going Frazier Johnson by coddling the shite out of him.

But no, Gus knew he could lose to UGA and concede to Bama and keep his job. White didn't throw a pass all week for UGA, all week and didn't have a backup plan he believed in. Should've got Woody garbage time reps against Ark St, ULM, Miss St., Arkansas, and he would've been serviceable against UGA.

Really let that sink in. It hurts to read that.

2 of those teams played true freshman at QB.

And there's this, Georgia Tech yesterday threw for 164 yards against UGA on 10 pass attempts. An option team.

Auburn threw 22 times for 36 yards agains them. Offensive genius at HC.

Oh well.

Maybe he will declare early and become the next Calvin Johnson.

Why is he EVER on the field?

Obviously, our injuries this season affected us retroactively. It's the only explanation.

The chances of Woody Barrett being the answer are slim to none. His high school coach said he needs to sit for about 2 years to learn the position. Coulpe that thought with the proven fact our coaches cannot coach qbs. Dude never had a chance.

i dont know why everyone is so fixated on this guy. He has not done anything worse than any of our other receivers.

Now the fact that we are using him over Kyle Davis is strange but Its not like he has been starting games. They have only went to him late in games after others have failed.

Id like to see us use Kyle Davis and NCM more but there has to be a reason they are not getting the ball more.

our shitty coach is a stupid fricking a-hole. there's your reason. he has absolutely no clue who our best guys are. it's painfully obvious.

Yea, while I agree with you some on that, no way he would not be throwing to Davis if he were getting more open. Davis has been solid on the deep ball but we could not block the d front last night long enough to get a ball down field.

I would have liked to see more short passes but we didnt have anyone to throw them.

Hell they chose Franklin over Jerod Evans. Is it true that they went to see Franklin on the night that they played the worst JC team in the nation and he hit for 6 'td's and they made their decision on that?

I personally do not think Franklin is the guy for us but to be honest, he has never been given a chance in games this year. He has been used so sparingly, we dont really know what he would do if the team was his.

I dont feel very comfortable with him but in all honestly, he has not been given a fair chance

I guarantee you that if Kyle Davis and NCM were with a competent coaching staff that could develop players they would have had a phenomenal freshman year. The talent is there.
