. Had a great time that night but won't ever fully get over not being able to be in the stadium in person.
I will not lie to you, it was a unreal feeling. Lots of teary eyes in the house.
The game itself was mostly meh. I cant explain it but I never felt like we were going to lose that game. I just never really got very upset at how the game was going. I just knew we would win. Its the only time I have ever been that confident in a game of that level.
Had great seats right beside the Auburn band. They were awesome that night.

Yeah. I went to the wrong championship game
I went to both. The FSU game was really awesome. I would have liked the result to be better but the entire experience was fun. I did hate sitting in traffic on the golf course there for two hours after the game but it is what it is.
Flew to San Francisco that Thursday before. Stayed there till Sunday morning. Had a blast. Then drove down the Coastal highway to Santa Barbara on Sunday. Stayed overnight there on Sunday and on to the game on Monday.
Took the entire family this time. Wife and both my boys. We had a blast on that trip. I just wished we would not have gotten that PI in the end zone
San Fran
HYW 1
Santa Barbara
Da game
Oh and if you visit Santa Barbara on a bike, make sure to lock your bike up well at the bar. Bastards will steal your tires. Actually saw this bike before they took the rims off.

1. 1993 Florida - I had just recently left the Navy and still lived in Norfolk VA. Only game I was able to make it to all year was the Iron Bowl and that was a nice one to be at.
This would probably be my second favorite of the games I;ve attended, though I'd have a hard time choosing between that one and 94 FL.

Yeah, I don't regret going at all. Sucks the way it ended, but it was a great game and great experience.

On a personal note, my grandfather who meant the world to me had passed away at the beginning of the year and i knew his first year in Heaven watching the Tigers was going to be special. It was an odd feeling, but i just knew. Very special season.

3 - Name a Auburn game that you attended that you wished you didnt.
1996 outback bowl against Penn State. Fricking miserable game in the rain. Team didn't come to play, had to deal with douchebag Penn State fans, and then drive back home to Auburn afterwards. Not a fun trip.
Holy shite, yes.
Not only rainy, but it was cold. And the wind was blowing like crazy.

1. 2010 BCS game. I should have planned better.
2. Auburn v LSU in 2010. Seeing Cam's Heiman moment in person is unforgettable.
3. I think this has to be 2009 Auburn Kentucky. It was cold and rainy and we lost to damn Kentucky at home.

The prayer at Jordan Hare. Gave my tickets to my sister and brother in law because some commie friend of my wifes thought a wedding on a football Sat was no big deal.
It was the int game vs LSU until the kick 6 happened
03 vs USC. It was hot as frick, I was hung over sitting 2 ft away from Tommy effin Trojan and the rest of their band and then to top it off Nallsminger happened.

2011 Oregon: was my last year as a student and went to almost every game but couldn't get a ticket to that one.
2013: Iron Bowl.'Nuff said.
2012: Texas A&M. At that point in the season, Dad and I just played a game called "how many plays til the other team scores?", but watching Johnny Football break our scoreboard and our guys just really not care was miserable.

Kick Six
2004 LSU-Courtney Taylor catch. Loudest Crowd Ive ever heard in person.
I know weve been burnt quite a bit since but Georgia Tech the first game of 2005 was horrible. Coming off 2004 and we lay an egg against frickING Reggie Ball.
