Every time it seems we have it figured out we crash and then every time it feels like we are down for the count we win. Really is insane

Well he wasn't fired.. He could have stayed based on his record, number of years he had been there, etc. Personal matters and Duck Hunting (that was a cover for his personal problems) played a HUGE part of this.

Can someone please say what these "personal problems" were? I have heard something about marital issues, but I have never heard specifics. And they are still together, so what was the deal?

His marriage was on the rocks. His wife was having a mid-life crisis. Their were many rumors about her inappropriate behavior and that she had become a heavy drinker. Tubs did not forget how to coach. One 5-6 year was not enough to get fired without his loss of focus. When he went to Texas Tech, his wife was involved in a wreck that eventually killed an elderly man.
