You really need to designate H-Back and TE separately.

The role that Chandler Cox will be playing will be a lot different from the role that Harris and Salvatore Canella will be playing. And btw, I think Sal Canella eventually overtakes Harris for the TE spot because Lindsay will want to utilize his superior pass catching skills

Maybe but Lindsey prefers to use one guy to do everything. That's why we aren't recruiting fullbacks anymore and sticking to pure TEs. He wants guys he can line up everywhere. Might still have two guys doing different things because of their skillsets but in the future it's going to be one position

Well, can Harris or Canella run the whirlybird? I think not. It takes a very specific skillset to be the 5th quarterback off the bench.

Doubt it, but i am excited about Malik's ability.

Also, not sure why yall are surprised I picked Stidham. Sean was the best Qb we had last year without a doubt...this year its Stidham

So,

Lets hope that is right and we are all high five'ing each other about 7 games into the season...

We could use a drama free season at that position...

The FB dive is the twirlybird. The whirlybird is the double play action pass we use on 3rd and long. We only have 3 plays, why cant yall get them right.

This play has a VERY high success rate. I used to hate it, but someone is open, ever.damn.time.

If Stidham is as accurate on the deep ball as he was in the Aday game....15-0 Ship

It really was successful. Which makes no sense because damn near every Auburn fan knew when we would run it. Also we never really run orbit motion besides that play, which adds the the perplexity of it being so effective

I really like the Whirlybird as a 1st down play. The D seems to always bite.

Whirlybird is the stupidest play that always has a man open down field

Problem last year is Sean White was the Michael Jordan of under throwing down field receivers

The starting 11 is fun to project but our depth/options is what stands out about our offense this year, especially with the RBs, WRs and OL. This is my best guess at the moment.

QB- Stidham,White,Willis
RB- Pettway/KJ,Martin/Miller
HB- Cox,Harris
TE- Harris,Canella
LT- James/Golson/Tega
LG- Bell/Golson/Horton
C- Golson/Dunn
RG- Smith/Bell/Horton
RT- James/Smith/Ashley
WR- KD,McClain
WR- Slayton,R.Davis
WR- NCM,J.Smith
Slot- Hastings/Stove,JF3

All the positions seem to be locked in but the O Line and it's anyones guess as to how that shakes out. I will say, we do have experienced options, better than most, and I'd much rather have options than playing guys before they're ready to compete at a high level.

I know right. And several morons on this board were calling us to pass more during the next off-season.
