For me, it would be UK in 2000. In 99, we lost 4 games total and 2 were to UK. We beat them in a tight game at home. People were tailgating like it was a football game. That team would have won the sec tourney and made the final four had porter not been suspended. Now he would write a receipt on a napkin, pay back the money and be suspended 3 games.
Honorable mention:
-LSU in sec tourney in against shaq and chris jackson, 90 i think. Caylor hit a 3.
- UK, caylor again, earlier in his career @ rupp
-bama by 54 in 1998
-bama by 42 in 1999
-bama half court shot, 2002?
-ark, mid90s. They were top 5 and we scored 100 i think

Hard to say.
This year's win over Xavier was satisfying...like we finally got the feeling we were headed in the right direction despite the painful losses later on in the season.
Watching the 1999 win over Ole Miss on YouTube makes me think that was a satisfying win...alley-oops, three pointers, dunks, etc...

Personally....For the past 30 years Auburn has not had much success in Baton Rouge.....in 1999 Chris Porter and company came to town...down 19 points with 10 min. Left in the game Porter led Auburn back to win by 3....

1986 NCAA tournament 2nd round. 8th seed Auburn 19-10 smashes #1 seed St Johns, a 31-4 team, 81-65. Chuck Person was in beastmode. Auburn goes on to beat a 33-4 UNLV team before losing to eventual national champ Louisville in the Elite Eight. Can't wait for Pearl to take us on another tournament run like that one.

Bruce Pearl or honestly beating Xavier this year. I know it is sad. The best I've seen Auburn hoops is going to the NIT. Wow.

I'm really in the same boat. I didn't really follow basketball until after 2003.

Had to listen to that one on the radio. I remember it well.
the 99 team was absolutely dominant. Many remember the Ole Miss game because it was the only game we played on espn that year iirc.
