Football- 7th in West
Basketball- 13th (7th in west)
Baseball- 13th (6th in west)

That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. There has to be something done. Basketball is obviously looking better. But football and baseball there is really no telling for sure. I mean this is flat out pathetic that we finished last or 2nd to last in the big 3 sports. I don't think a school has ever had this bad of a sports year in the big 3 EVER. Dark, dark times in auburn sports.

But hey, go softball!

Who gives a shite. Baseball was going to suck regardless. Basketball was too. Football is the only real disappointment and mainly because JJ turned out to be a complete bust and Gus is a fricking retard in the redzone

If no improvement is shown this coming year, then yeah, heads need to roll.

Who gives a frick? Probably everyone who has spent their hard earned money supporting this garbage. We should NEVER be this bad at all 3 sports. It's an absolute joke.

So because we were expected to be bad that makes it ok?

It felt like we were living through NCAA sanctions this year, yet we dont have any. It's frightening actually.

We've been pretty subpar in all three of those sports for the majority of 2008-now.

It's hard not to want to point at the leadership.

Almost last place triple crown in the important sports. I would be curious to see how Jay Jacobs would be able to keep his job, but it shows how incompetent the Powers to be and the President of the university are. Everyone is wondering if this season maybe Gus's last season. If it is then we need to fire Jay Jacobs first or else we will be in this eternal position of hiring and firing then paying excessively high buyouts.

basketball and baseball both need(ed) major roster overhaul. Basketball was just brutally snakebitten with injuries and "other" issues with the team (Canty).

I think Thompson is a fantastic hire for HC and he's going to continue to recruit his tail off and develop good, young arms. The roster is in such bad shape though that it will take a little time and patience.

Baseball is looking alive. Granted on life support but alive. There was a period this year where we only had 6 pitchers to throw 42 innings a week.
