Where are the Kodi Burns, Zac Etheridges, Jason Campbells.

I mean, I know when I fight basketball players, people have a hard time throwing footballs to me.

We don't have any. Carl and JWall are team captains.. JWall doesn't play and Carl is quiet and always injured.

How come when a team struggles leadership is always questioned? When a team wins leadership is always assumed to be strong? Wasn't Lutz a leader in 2012?

This is probably the most accurate statement. The team lacks an identity. It is pretty clear that the emphasis on the passing game is not yielding positive results. I have no doubt we will retool, the only question is how quickly can we?
