Maybe Eric Kush was living up to his name if his contract was terminated? The panthers better hope Wide Spread Panic isn't within driving distance. You know Reese can't resist a Panic show

As far as I can tell, the Panthers signed him to use him at center. In the Panthers power-run game, Dismukes would be useless at OG. Dismukes is, however, a virtual twin to the Panthers current center size-wise. Has a similar "technician" rather than "mauler" skill set as well, in addition to his familiarity with the read option and pulling center plays that Carolina frequently uses with Cam at QB.
