It's sad to think there was a competition for the qb job and JJ won it. Somehow, I bet there wasn't a competion this year.

JF3 or Woody Barrett will be QB next year. Gus has to have a mobile QB. though the idea of putting JSmif back there has me intrigued if he can throw the ball.

Supposedly Sean White was a huge surprise. A former letterman after JJ's Jax St debacle said that Sean White "Isn't even close to being ready"
Seems to make sense since we basically treated Sean White like a walkon his first 2ish games refusing to let him make plays.

The fact that our coaches were surprised by the Elite 11 MVP just shows how dire the need is for a real QB coach and OC.
Sounds like they were judging our QBs based on physical attributes and blind to intangibles and fundamentals. And that they probably only benched JJ for Sean to appease the fanbase and planned to go back to JJ all along .
