Phantom False Starts on Goal Line?? Weird.

I replayed DVR, guy never moved - either play. Not that it would have made a difference - but it happened twice when we scored. This is the new way to ensure money team wins.?? Unless someone saw him move - I didn't through my orange colored glasses.
