We suck compared to what we thought. Yea nick is good, duke was good for 8 maybe 9 games but Oline is not that great, WRs can't catch, Mason is still proving how good he was last year and the defense continues to suck big fat cocks.

Accept and move along. I hope this doesn't reflect Gus's future

If it isn't obvious- Greg Robinson is our clear biggest hole

I agree with most of what you said, but CAP us doing well and would have done great behind our OL of last year. Our OL is not as good this year. Mason was still a very good RB I don't disagree, but he wouldn't have helped us much is my point.

We were missing arguably our best OL

Missing our All American level DE

And missing our top ALl SEC WR for two games which effectively ruined our pass game

Our season could be different with those three for sure. We have zero pass rush and our Oline is inconsistent.

I want to rail against Coleman but every time I start a voice goes off in my head saying "CANCER"... So I don't. fricking Catholic guilt, gets me every time.

I believe this too. He looks like he has no legs to keep up and his fight with cancer has caught up with him.

We judged Gus after one season and instantly thought he was the one. We are staring at a disappointing 4-5 losses this season, and we have been brought back down to earth.

I feel fine with the offense. Gus seems to get too caught up in his head or stubborn at times, but it's serviceable to a degree. Maybe he needs to hire an advisor who tells him the obvious like 'Gus you're being too conservative' or 'Gus, Roc needs more PT' he's always addressing obvious issues late.

For the D, it's easy to talk about. CEJ needs to be gone, fired, terminated, etc, I don't care. I just think he's too old to really put forth what is needed anymore to compete in the SEC. His failure at SM should've been the sign. God knows what our defense does at practice. Muschamp would be awesome to get, but IDK. the bottom line is this defense has been the worst I've ever seen at AU. It wasn't even that bad to start the season...I don't know what happened.

I'd be in favor of putting out this 2015 OL

LT B.Smith
LG Kozan
C Dampeer
RG Golson
RT Young

Then having coleman lose weight and play HBack for power plays. Would be big asset as a blocker and wouldn't be a liability

agreed

really, we had a hard as frick schedule

whoever agreed to schedule both AL and UGA away/home during the same year should be fired...what a cluster frick

but, that being said, this was supposed to be our year, its like the championship run should have been now versus last year

Braden is gonna be the truth when he starts. We've just got to reach a point where the line is ready to be the truth.

Unfortunately it's going to be that way for the foreseeable future. I think it was the expansion that ultimately caused us to play both rivalries home or away each season. Does this mean we give up on any success in even number years? It's almost been a decade since our last win in Athens.
