Cammy Cam looking to sign in the $20-22M/year range. LINK

Based on this link (LINK /) that would put him in the top 5 range for QBs. Glad to see his career progressing despite all the doubters

I don't believe that shite....I was told on the rant that he would never make it as a pro quarterback and also he would never step foot on AU's campus ever again.

Honestly, he is the gift that keeps on giving. If he made a big donation to AU the day after leading the Panthers to a super bowl win, the rant would melt down.

Unfortunately, the Panthers ain't winning the super bowl any time soon.

I hope he'll throw some money our way. I know he has donated a good amount to the children's hospital in Charlotte over the past several years, so it doesn't seem like he's hoarding it

Cam deserves a better city

Yeah, I was really hoping he wouldn't sign a new contract and go someplace that actually seems interested in winning.

There's something about the QB position that makes them more loyal to their cities. The team/community tends to invest alot of intangible support into them as a spokesperson, think it's harder to walk away from that.

If you're going to move though, it should be after your rookie contract while you're still young with a great future to restart that process.

When Cam does give a donation, it should be for $180,000.

Boooo, he'll never reach his full potential with the Panthers.

He's too loyal, he probably wants to be the face of their franchise and their all-time great, and his competitive nature is betraying him because he's probably wanting the challenge of winning in Carolina instead of going somewhere better where he'll have a better shot at a Super Bowl.

I don't see another team paying Cam $20+mil. You always take the money.

I wonder how Gabbert is doing? I mean the draft experts said that he would end up better than Cam.
